Swaying to the sounds of DJ Ross One, guests packed in to the legendary Fontainebleau hotel’s Ocean Lawn last night to sip on signature concoctions and wait patiently for a special performance by singer songwriter, Santigold. Guests were even invited on-stage to dance with the star beneath the Miami Beach breeze.
Here are a few of the signature cocktails served for you to try at home:
ABSOLUT MIAMI MOJITO
1.5 Parts ABSOLUT MIAMI
1 Part Simple Syrup
3/4 Parts Fresh Lime Juice
5 – 6 Mint Leaves
Top with Soda (about 1 oz)
In a mixing glass gently muddle mint leaves with simple syrup and lime juice. Add ABSOLUT MIAMI and ice. Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with soda and garnish with a mint sprig.
ABSOLUT MIAMI SOUTH BEACH BREEZE
2 parts ABSOLUT MIAMI
1.5 Part Fresh Orange Juice
1.5 Parts Fresh Pineapple Juice
Build over ice in a highball glass, and stir. Garnish with a pineapple spear and lime wedge.
