ZOOM Elite at W South Beach

After a successful debut in 2010 during Art Basel, ZOOM Contemporary Art Fair launched ZOOM Elite as one of this year’s Basel events. ZOOM Elite serves the company’s VIP collectors base through exclusive events.

Tami Katz-Freiman, in conjunction with the W South Beach Hotel, played host to the VIP sales event, held in rooms on the 11^th floor of the hotel, as well as two units on the lower penthouse level that were strictly by appointment only. The presentation included pieces from artists such as Anish Kapoor, Alex Katz, Chuck Close, Roberto Matta, Claudio Bravo, Wang Qingsong, and Orlan. Katz-Freiman is a native of Israel, and has curated several exhibitions for the South Florida Art Center, Miami-Dade Community College, Center gallery and the Ambrosino Gallery. She is best known for her Desert Cliché: Israel Now-Local Images project.
