Marni Designer Consuelo Castiglioni Visits Mall of Emirates Boutique
On 29 November, Marni, an eclectic line of clothing and accessories designed by Consuelo Castiglioni, held a
special event at the recently inaugurated Marni boutique in the Mall of the Emirates. Both Consuelo and her husband, Gianni, CEO of Marni, were the guests of honour and passed the evening mingling with loyal customers, members of the media and explaining the latest collection.
Many guests attended the event wearing an array of Autumn Winter 2011 prints. They enjoyed the informal
fashion show which featured looks from the Cruise 2012 and Summer Edition collections. Bold and adventurous prints were on display marking a departure from this season’s patterns while at the same time evidently incorporating the brand’s signature style of extravagant prints coupled with modern silhouettes. A limited edition dress available in only five pieces and designed by Consuelo exclusively for the Dubai launch was also on display.
Marni is available in the UAE at the Mall of Emirates Boutique.
