What makes Vesper so unique from any other restaurant would have to be its name. Not to mention the fact that the owner uses an out –of-the box theme. The establishment is inspired by Ian Fleming’s 1953 James Bond novel, Casino Royale. Unlike most restaurants Vesper oozing James Bond from the beginning to the end. There is a secret entrance in the back, similar to the ones written in the novel, but there is a catch, it can only be accessed when accompanied by doorman Granville or a hostess.
However, the menu is a bit pricey, with entrees: Shepherd’s Pie—Kobe Beef Wagu, Whipped Potatoes, Melted Cheese ($28); shellfish ($18 to MP); Fall of the Bone “Chicken Wings” with sweet chili sauce ($14), steaks ($32 to $52), sauces ($3), and sides ($9 to $11).
