Celeb Jewelry Designer Brings Collection to Hawaii
Celebrity jewelry designer Robyn Rhodes, whose innovative creations are worn by such A-listers as Jessica Alba and Penelope Cruz, will be hosting a jewelry trunk show on Nov. 18 and 19 at Cottage by the Sea at Ward Warehouse.
This show — and Rhodes only does one a year — will feature hundreds of her one-of-a-kind pieces and her new 2012 collection, all at 20 percent off. The event is part of the boutique’s 8th anniversary celebration.
As part of its anniversary celebration, Cottage by the Sea will hold a fashion show on Nov. 19 featuring Rhodes’ jewelry — in addition to clothing sold in the boutique — with giveaways of about $1,000 worth in jewelry every half an hour from noon to 4 p.m.
Rhodes’ jewelry has been most recently worn on Anna Faris in “What’s Your Number” and on the cast of HBO’s “Entourage” and ABC’s “Charlie’s Angels.” Her line has been featured in InStyle, ELLE, Lucky, People, Los Angeles Magazine, Rachel Ray and Seventeen. The designer has recently joined forced with denim company Rock & Republic to design jewelry for its runway shows during New York’s Mercedes Benz Fashion Week.
