Haute Real Estate: Netscape Founder Lists Miami Beach Home

Netscape founder and philanthropist Jim Clark has listed his penthouse apartment located in Miami Beach back on the market for $27 million.

Clark originally listed the property, which is located in the Setai Hotel in South Beach, last year but then took it off the market in March. He recently put the penthouse back on the market for $27 million.

The home spans the 41st through 43rd floors of the Setai Hotel and has 6,200 square feet of interior living space. There are three bedrooms and four bathrooms and the home was designed in a Southeast Asian style and feature 22-foot ceilings in the living room. Clark spent three years building and designing the penthouse, which has hand-carved antique wood panels in the living room. There are also stunning panoramic views of South Beach and downtown Miami as well as a rooftop terrace with a heated pool and outdoor kitchen.

Clark is reportedly selling the penthouse because he “isn’t using it as much as he used to.”
