BICE Mare brings Authentic Italian Flair to New Business Lunch Menu
BiCE Mare, the Italian fine dining seafood restaurant located in the prestigious Souk Al Bahar in Downtown Dubai, recently launched its new Business Lunch Menu, featuring some of its latest culinary creations from Executive Chef Francesco Guarracino and his Italian kitchen team.
Priced at 120 AED per person, the menu comprises of three courses, soft drinks and fresh juices and includes star dishes such as Ravioli di Aragosta di Scoglio e Gamberetti – Homemade Lobster Ravioli with Prawn Sauce; Branzino Europeo Servito con Gremolata Ligure – Crispy Skin European Sea Bass with parsley, garlic and lemon dressing and Fettuccine con Gamberetti e Zucchine – Homemade Fettuccine with Prawns and Zucchini. The menu also features a choice of desert freshly prepared by the pastry chef.
“The menu has been created to offer a range of our new dishes that showcase our exceptional seafood and the regional cuisine of Italy. The dishes are light and fresh using only the finest ingredients to deliver the quality that BiCE Mare is known for,” says Chef Francesco Guarracino.
BiCE Mare now has a team of over over 10 Italian chefs from the Federazione Italiano Cuochi. The restaurant is one of the only venues in the Middle East to have a full Italian kitchen team.
The BiCE Mare Business Lunch Menu is available from Sunday to Thursday between 12:30pm and 3:30pm. For reservations please call +971 (0)4 423 9082. Bookings can be made for the open air terrace overlooking the Dubai Fountain and Burj Al Arab or in the stylish restaurant where guests can enjoy the live pianist and singer.
