Johnnie Walker Blue Label has partnered with Porsche Design Studio to create a collection of exclusive products perfect for any occasion.
The collection, Johnnie Walker Blue Label Collection by Porsche Design Studio, consists of “The Chiller” and “The Cube” but the center piece is the made-to-order Johnnie Walker Blue Label Private Bar.
The collection is made from the finest materials, including brushed titanium and leather and the Private Bar measures 86.6 inches high by 25 inches and weighs 992 lbs. State of the art motion sensors activate its opening sequence arcing a perfect 180 degrees to display three bottles of Johnnie Walker Blue Label and four crystal glasses that are presented on an angled surface and are subtly illuminated to showcase the perfect serve of Johnnie Walker Blue Label.
“The Chiller” will cost you £240 and it holds a single bottle of JWBL in a dark blue leather and brushed titanium case. The top removes to function as an ice chiller.
“The Cube” is priced at £490 and comes with an individually numbered bottle of JWBL, an ice chiller, stainless steel tongs and four bespoke Blue Label crystal glasses.
The Private Bar is available made-to-order exclusively from Harrods while “The Chiller” and “The Cube” will be available at Harrods, Selfridges, Harvey Nichols and Royal Mile Whiskies from October 2011. The collection will be displayed at London hotels including The Savoy and the Mandarin Oriental.
