NYC Burlesque Club Brings A New Sight To Vegas’s Nightlife

New York came to Vegas back in 2001 when none other than Andrew Sasson brought “Light” (now The Bank) to the Bellagio Hotel, though Jason Strauss and Noah Tepperberg traces right along, introducing Tao in 2005.

Tao has proved to survive in the city of sin—and is known to be the cities most successful nightlife hot spot. This indeed was no surprise because when these two guys took their NYC establishment Marquee to The Cosmopolitan surely it did well, so well that every NYC nightlife operator has taken note of this.

Last Tuesday, there was some talk about the Light Group teaming up with Richie Akiva, Scott Sartiano, and Richie Madra all to create the space into NYC celeb spot 10ak.

Sources says that this has a thumbs up and is going to certainly happen, they are even prepping that Diddy takes hold, front and center in hosting the opening events for the spot. Other’s joining in on the fun are Simon Hammerstein—that reports to bring over his top-notch Lower East Side burlesque club The Box to the Palazzo.

The word at The Hard Rock is that the EE, Group (Tenjune), David Sarner and Robert Montwaid (Pink Elephant), and The One Group (STK, Bagatelle) have all shown interest in the out-of-date Body English space.
