MTV VMAs Choose A Black Carpet For Celebs
The pop culture shebang that is the MTV Video Music Awards has begun preparing for its celebrations; the network is constructing a black carpet for its strutting celebs at the JW Marriott at LA Live, across the street from the award show’s venue, The Nokia Theater.
Instead of the quintessential red carpet, the black walkway is said to correlate with a space-like theme, leading to the theater.
Guests of the hotel will be routed through the neighboring Ritz Carlton’s entrance as the Marriott’s will be closed.
