Hyde Lounge To Reopen This Week With Special DJ Samantha Ronson

Hyde Lounge—was the Hollywood hot spot back in 2006, making it the prefect night out location for celebs all over Los Angels. Though it did have some of the tastiest midnight snacks. Hyde didn’t keep up (nightlife haunt) and was shut down a few years later for a six-month renewal.

But come August 17th, 2011—Hype 2.0 will reopen its doors with special guest DJ Samantha Ronson, throwing back some fun beats to celebrate. Brent Bolthouse was the one behind the restoration of Hyde, after he broke ties with SBE’s Sam Nazarian in September of 2009, he was the one that went back and signed a deal to fix the place up to get it up and running again.

Bolthouse plans to partner up again with Jenifer Rosero, whose Hyde’s original team launcher; both are excited up running the show together. The interior of the newly and improved Hyde—Gulla Jonsdottir, of G + Design (Red O, My Studio, Eden), created what was once Hyde, and per the re-launch, Hyde’s artistic vision is now what is reported to be a “reminiscent of an ornate jewelry box”.

Executive Chef Danny Elmaleh—will be in the kitchen whipping up organic signature dishes as well as classic liberations. The menu will also feature small delectable plates.
