French Riviera Dining at Rose’

New restaurant Rose’ has finally opened its blushing red doors to Angelenos after much preparation. The restaurant has had a fail proof team of help including Antonio Di Oronzo’s ornate St. Tropez design. Rose’ is quite the experience with a mind blowingly spacious dining area filled to brim with amber and cream painted finish, finely stitched and cushion seats, a porcelain indoor bar and large patio. Just last week celebrity mixologist Alex Ott flew in to instruct the bar staff on the restaurant’s fruity cocktail menu. Chef Emmanuel Pradet has his menu sealed tight for now but you can bet that most items on the menu will include, you guessed it: Rose’. Pending Chef Pradet has good reason for keeping this fine dining menu under wraps, our guess is that Rose’ will be a Los Angeles social hot spot with nightly Djing and dancing til their 2am close.
