Haute Hotels: Summer at the St. Regis Aspen

Tennis, fly fishing, mountain biking, whitewater rafting, horseback riding, hot air ballooning, paragliding, off-road jeep tours—just several of the many summer activities available in Aspen. And now you can add poolside barbeque with world-class chefs to that list.

That’s right. After a hard day of extreme sports or relaxing trail tours in one of the country’s most beautiful locations, you can head to the St. Regis Aspen and have the Resort’s distinguished culinary team pamper you with spice rubbed beef brisket and take the edge off with delectable Cajun shrimp. Lounge poolside with the barbeque fixings and listen to the classic rock favorites and original songs of a talented local band.

Unfortunately, there’s not enough macaroni and  goat cheese and and sizzling barbecue chicken to have this event every night. This incredible summer night of fun will happen only every other Tuesday from June 29 to September 7.
