Heidi Klum and Seal Sell Beverly Hills Mansion

Heidi Klum and her husband Seal have sold their Beverly Hills 6,794 square foot mansion for $7,000,000. In a matter of weeks the property was sold for $100,000 more than the asking price, but $600,000 less than what Klum and Seal paid for the house in 2005.

The proud new owner of the six bedroom, ten bathroom Loire Valley Chateau is Canadian investment banker, mining magnate and entertainment executive Frank Giustra. Best known as the founder of Lions Gate Entertainment, Giustra is also a close friend of former U.S President Bill Clinton. Giustra currently resides in a luxurious waterfront estate on the Burrard Inlet in West Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Klum, Seal, and their four children now reside in an 8.5-acre, 12,300 square foot home in the Brentwood Country Estates, an exclusive private community in the hills above Brentwood. Their new $14,200,000 mansion boasts privacy, space, and numerous celebrity neighbors, including Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady, former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, Band-Aid heiress Libet Johnson andthe current prime minister of Qatar, Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber bin Muhammad Al Thani.
