In SONIA’S RING: 11 WAYS TO HEAL YOUR HEART, my chapter on NOURISHMENT is an important one. Nourishment is what I mean as food for the body, mind, and soul. I have suggested in previous posts some Haute restaurants whether, The Raw Kitchen, Cheeburger Cheeburger, or Nick & Johnnies, that are sure to fulfill your nutritional needs on a physical level.
When I say mind, I refer to the human consciousness that originates in the brain and is manifested in thought, perception, and emotion. Positive words are nourishment for the mind. My definition of soul, is the spiritual nature of human regarded as immortal, separable from the body at death. Do you want to know how to nurture your soul? How to feed and provide nourishment? Laugh! Laughter is imperative!! Yes, spiritual nourishment is necessary. So smile, smile, smile!! That is what Patrick Henry Flynn, President of the Palm Beach Theater Guild, did along with all those who attended as well as those who participated including Chris Cassidy of www.goactwell.com, the beautiful and divine Carol Casey, the marvelous Mia Mathews, Michael St. Pierre Pat Crowley, Paul Noble and his wife Paulette amongst others in this year’s Palm Beach Centennial Follies in April at the Flagler Museum in Palm Beach, Florida!!
The Palm Beach Centennial Follies is a unique tradition in Palm Beach since 1928. The Centennial Follies was intended to bring the community together to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Palm Beach to share laughter and smiles as the audience watched this delightful production of a musical satire of a young couple who just moved to Palm Beach trying to navigate their way through their journey in this unique one-of-a-kind place. The show was Produced by Mr. Patrick Henry Flynn and Directed by the blessed Barrie Ingham, who is a Broadway veteran and member of the Royal Shakespeare Company.
The Palm Beach Theater Guild welcomes any and all help to restore the landmarked Royal Poinciana Playhouse so that they can help to spread more laughter and smiles for many years to come so bravo!
