Kravitz Design Inc. founded by Lenny Kravitz in 2003, has completed exceptional projects including The Florida Room at the Delano Hotel in Miami, the Setai Recording Studio in the Setai Hotel in Miami, as well as breathtaking private residences in both Paris and New York.
Kravitz Design’s are known for their extremely modern and yet exquisitely luxe décor whilst maintaining Kravitz’ rock star flair. The company, specializing in commercial and residential design, also features its own line of custom furniture made exclusively from fine furs, snake and animal skins. Kravitz’ vision for his upcoming downtown Miami condominium project, Paramount Bay, is to create a hotspot that reflects the sexy elegance that he claims to love most about Miami. The project space will prove be the perfect foundation for Kravitz to create his most inspired work to date, with soaring 30-foot high ceilings, a 6,000-square-foot spa and fitness center, cinema, multi-purpose clubroom, and two separate sunrise-sunset pools surrounded by luxe cabanas.
A wide selection of rich wallpapers, fabrics and natural finishes are expected, as with the rest of the projects in Kravitz Design Inc.’s portfolio, and will be a perfect compliment to the expansive floor-to-ceiling glass walls in each unit. Of course, the sight of the remarkably decorated floor plans will be just as outstanding as that of the panoramic views of the Biscayne Bay.
