Studio 54 at the MGM Grand welcomed action sports star Travis Pastrana, who hosted the Nitro Circus Live after-party last night. Pastrana had many reasons to celebrate after unleashing his Nitro Circus Live tour for the first time on North American turf at the MGM Grand Garden Arena where he proposed to longtime girlfriend Lyn-Z Adams Hawkins in front of thousands of screaming fans. Floating on the thrills of the night, Pastrana joined his Nitro Circus crew and fans to continue the party at the illustrious nightclub.
Excitement filled the air outside the club as Pastrana posed for pictures on the red carpet with overjoyed Hawkins. The award-winning daredevil rocked a plaid button down shirt with cut-off sleeves, DC jeans and a Nixon trucker hat while Hawkins looked sweet in a floral mini-dress. The happy couple clearly could not get enough of each other as they hugged, kissed and continuously flashed their smiles for cameras and fans.
Also joining Pastrana on the red carpet was X Games gold medalist Cam Sinclair. Both athletes were stoked about landing the first ever double double backflip in history at the show and held up the deuce for cameras to represent their accomplishment. As fans of Nitro Circus, Absinthe stars Angel Porrino and Tony “Tightropes” Hernandez made an appearance at the after-party. Porrino was glammed up in a cream dress, leopard cardigan and a rhinestone necklace that said “RIDE ME,” which she said was fitting for a party filled with riders.
Inside the club, the ever-gracious Pastrana mingled with fans and signed autographs for admirers. The athlete joined the rest of his Nitro Circus crew at their VIP table overlooking Studio 54’s bumping dance floor to soak in the club’s energy-filled atmosphere. Pastrana got on the mic to thank the crowd for their support and announce his engagement to Hawkins with a dozen roses and a 100-person champagne toast for his friends in VIP. The entire club raised their glasses and cheered in excitement for the couple. While keeping Hawkins close to his side, friends and fans approached Pastrana to offer congratulations on the engagement and North American show debut.
Moving to the electric sounds of DJ Eric Forbes, the Nitro Circus crew and club-goers partied until the early morning under Studio 54’s iconic disco ball.
