Save the Date: Haute Couture & Culinary Event on Kaua’i Isle

Internationally acclaimed Chef Jean Marie Josselin celebrates the one year anniversary of his Josselin’s Tapas Bar & Grill at Kukui’ula Village in Koloa, Kaua’i with an event that benefits health and wellness on the island.

On Saturday, May 14, Chef Josselin presents an evening of culinary and fashion delights at the upscale shopping village which is part of the Kukui’ula luxury residential resort community. Proceeds go to the island’s Wilcox Health Foundation.

The debut event resulted from a brainstorming session between Josselin and his partner Andrew Ha.

“We want to celebrate our first year anniversary with the people that have made us successful: Kaua’i residents and visitors, and at the same time support a project we are passionate about. It made perfect sense to partner with Wilcox Health Foundation to assist them in securing avery special piece of equipment for the hospital,” Ha said.

The event will help raise funding needed for the purchase of a 256-Slice Computed Tomographic (CT) Scanner, one of the most technologically advanced pieces of diagnostic equipment in the world today. With the acquisition, Wilcox Memorial Hospital will become the only medical facility in the State of Hawai’i with this revolutionary technology.

A limited number of general admission tickets at $125 per person, and even more limited $175 VIP tickets, are available. For more details on the event and to purchase tickets, phone (808) 742-7117.
