Refresh, Recharge, and Rejuvenate at Acqualina Resort & Spa’s Wellness Expo
This Memorial Day weekend, take a break from the barbecues and yachts to stop by South Beach’s Acqualina Resort & Spa for its inaugural Wellness Expo on Monday, May 30.
The resort, which recently celebrated its five-year anniversary, will host enlightening exhibits from local wellness experts, including Sobe Spine, YOGIIZA, Mind Body Weight Loss, Miami Acupuncture, Anti-Aging Clinic, Elite Hypnotherapy, Aqquatix USA, and Acqualina Spa by ESPA. Guests will learn about the benefits of yoga, health foods including a booth offering creative raw and vegan cuisine, organic products, and a holistic lifestyle. From 1 – 3 p.m., guests are invited to participate in the 108 Sun Salutations class sponsored by YOGIIZA.
Acqualina is also offering the chance to refresh, recharge, and rejuvenate with its “Spa Wellness Package,” which includes ESPA holistic facials, ESPA aromatherapy massages, yoga classes, daily continental breakfast, and complimentary access to the Wellness Expo.
