The worldwide recognition of Brazil’s undeniable passion and talents in soccer (“football”) is about to be something fans can sport proudly on their wrists. Swiss watchmaker, Parmigiani Fleurier, has just announced a partnership with the Confederação Brasileira de Futebol (CBF).

For almost 100 years, the CBF has been considered legends in their own right as they have made it possible for their beloved country of Brazil to participate and show the world what they are made of in a sport, that across the nation, is held close to their hearts. The CBF is responsible for Brazil’s National Football Team, both women and men’s, as well as the Brazilian championships, the Brazil Cup, and the fast approaching FIFA World Cup in 2014.

Brazil and Switzerland are about to bring a whole new touch of class to the legendary game of football and they will do it with the Parmigiani Fleurier‘s ‘Pershing model’ watch collection which will be unveiled and available this June.

In addition to the partnership that Parmigiani Fleurier and the CBF have created, Parmigiani Fleurier will also show their dedication to supporting the great game of football and its future stars by each year rewarding the best under 21 player for their outstanding sportsmanship and techniques.  Parmigiana Fleurier is not new to their dedication outside of their product as they have already proved with the French Football team that they also support.
