HAutos: Maybach Gets a Facelift

If you missed the Shanghai Auto Show this month, the big buzz was all about the luxury car Maybach’s “facelift.” Many of the well-heeled visitors were attracted by the luxury “saloons” of the German engineered beauty. Recently, there has been an increased focus in the luxury market on upgrading the interior of the cars (“saloons”) with hand-carved wood accents and other customized elements.

Features of Maybach’s facelift include a panoramic camera for rear passengers which give backseat passengers the opportunity to see outside even when the opaque curtains are drawn and integrated Swarovski elements for individual interior appointments. The Crystallized elements highlight the headrest and door trim part pipings.

Famous for its unparallel levels of luxury, the Maybach brand continues to raise the bar.
