Dori’s World: Memorial Day Weekend in St. Barts

I spent a great Memorial Day weekend in St Barts. I flew over with Jon and Lizzie Tisch. We stopped into Barney Greengrass to say hi to Gary and grab some breakfast for the plane. We stayed at OTO villa thanks to Anne Dentel, Director of Sibarth, Stephanie Hirsh, and Cecilia Pelloux, PR of Sibarth Villa Rental. This 3-bedroom villa was spectacular! The whole house overlooks Gouverneurs Beach with views from every bedroom. That is the same beach where Roman Abramovich has his compound.

On our first night, Daniel Urzedo, Lizzie and Jon Tisch, John Mason, Jen Raines, and Karen Larrain, and I all went to Maya’s, which is always a great me. Then on Friday, Jonas Heller arrived and we had a BBQ at the house and laid out and swam in our pool. We then had dinner at Bonito.

On Saturday we spent the day on an amazing sailboat and on Saturday night we ate dinner at the house and then were off to Le Ti. Sunday we ate lunch at Taiwana with Lauren London and Stacey Pashcow. My friends Samantha Boardman Rosen and Aby Rosen were there too with Hamilton South swimming at the Isle de France and later afternoon at Do Brazil.  On Sunday night we ate at L’Isola, and Monday we headed back to NYC. Such a fun weekend spent with great friends!
