Celebrity Living: Katy Perry and Russell Brand Selling Los Feliz Home for $3.4 Million
Attention Katy Perry fans. The opportunity to bathe, eat, and sleep where she has finally has a price. Bubblegum pop-princess Katy Perry and her comedic-actor husband Russell Brand, have placed their original Los Feliz love nest on the market for $3,395,000.
The 1922 European-style gated property is surrounded by lush landscape and offers 4,600-square-feet of modest architecture, four bedrooms and 4 and a half bathrooms and a swimming pool. The pink refrigerator from Ms. Perry’s previous residence is sadly not included.
According to the Los Angeles Times, the couple, who scooped up the home in 2009 for $3.25 million, had the three-car garage renovated into a wardrobe styling room to house “60 feet of costumes,” claims Ernie Carswell of Teles Properties, Beverly Hills, who represents the listing.
Busy schedules have forced the couple to head east and base themselves from a New York City pied-a-terre they purchased last year.
