Haute Event: W South Beach Hosts Belve Music Lounge

Ultra is already the world’s leading celebration in all areas of house and dance music. But while all of the of the South Florida party goers put on their neon green leggings and set out to jam to the infamous music Ultra offered, the vodka connoisseurs suited up in their best attire, and headed over the W South Beach Hotel & Residences for The Belve Music Lounge, hosted by Belvedere Vodka.

The “dance-studded” event went on from last Thursday to Saturday, and brought with it all of the sounds and amazement from Ultra, with all of the luxury vodka that Belvedere could assort to the pleasure of the attendees. Throughout the night, guests were welcomed to drink the fine cocktails, dance to the music of the nations most tremendous DJs, dive in for a swim in the private pool, and take pictures in the Belvedere photo booth, enabling them to remember the fantastic time that they were having.

To make the occasion as special and extravagant as it could be, Belvedere introduced the guests to several new products, including the new Belvedere Bloody Mary, and the recently launched Unfiltered 80. And if that wasn’t enough, they put our generation’s new technology to good use, as the new iPad was utilized in order to showcase the Belvedere Shaker Application; the application allows guests to choose a cocktail to go along with one’s mood. The cocktail choices were then displayed on a large screen above the bars that ranked the drinks in terms of popularity for the day. All of this was offered in the tanned hands of bikini-clad women that went around with the iPads, allowing guests to take their orders.

The prestigious DJs that attended this event were Blaqstarr, Skrillex, Ruckus, Chuckie, Miss Nine, Dirty Vegas, Roger Sanchez, Moguai, Nervo, Sander van Doorn, Adrian Lux, Liquid Tod, and special attendees included Tommy Lee, Bob Sinclar, Deadmau5, Carl Cox, Kaskade, Diplo, Richie Rich and Real Housewives of Miami Adriana de Moura and Cristy Rice. All of which were very influential during the event; while the DJs were tearing up the sounds of electrifying rhythms, MTV conducted interviews from Tommy Lee (who arrived with a new lover on his arm), Bob Sinclair (who promoted his upcoming projects), and Deadmau5, and the Real Housewives decided to put out discreet spoilers of the new season to the viewing audience.

The lights were flashing. The people were dancing. The vodka was flowing. Although the Ultra Music Festival might have been the crowning jewel of Miami’s young population, The Belve Music Lounge was easily the luscious and much needed relaxation time for those who still wanted all of the zest and excitement of Ultra, but none of the claustrophobic side effects to go along with it.
