Haute Event: TONIGHT Taglialatella Galleries Invites You to Honor the Palm Beach Opera Guild

Incorporated in May 1961, the Palm Beach Opera is now in its 48th season, and is dedicated to producing world-class opera and diverse educational programs. In honor of the Palm Beach Opera Guild and in celebration of the upcoming Opera, TOSCA, this week there are two events in Palm Beach. The first is tonight from 6 to 8 p.m. at the beautiful TAGLIALATELLA GALLERIES on Worth Avenue. The honorary Chairs are Mrs. Arlette Gordon and Mrs. Claire Chasanoff with Co-Chairs, Gail Worth, Carol Weltz, and Anneliese Langner.

Please join these lovely ladies tonight and be joyful about TOSCA by Giacomo Puccini which is being performed at the Kravis Center for Performing Arts March 25-28, 2011. TOSCA is considered the most operatic of all operas; as explained by the Palm Beach Opera, “It follows the lives of an idealistic artist, a celebrated diva, and a corrupt police chief entangled in a web of lust, politics, and violence.  Italian soprano Chiara Taigi makes her US debut in the title role opposite Riccardo Massi as Cavaradossi and Claudio Sgura as Scarpia.”

The best way to enjoy is to go see it!!  Smile Smile Smile!!
