Haute Event: Wyclef Jean Performs at Haze

Last Saturday, legendary hip-hop artist Wyclef Jean put on a high-energy performance at Haze Nightclub at Aria at CityCenter. Jean treated a packed house, which included Lisa Marie and Priscilla Presley, Bryan Greenberg of “How to Make it in America” and pop singer Ryan Cabrara, to a special show as he kicked off the evening with a freestyle leading into “Fugee La” and “Ready or Not.”

Party-goers went wild when the superstar jumped off of the stage, crowd surfing his way to be closer to the deejay booth, where he broke out with “Killing Me Softly.” After a short break in his VIP section, Jean got back on the mic to freestyle before finishing off the evening by jamming with fellow partygoers on Haze’s elevated dance floor to ’80s music.
