Haute Event: New York Fashion Week Begins with DANNIJO

New York Fashion Week began the extravagance a few days early on the night of Feb. 8, with jewelry and lifestyle brand, DANNIJO. The event started off the celebrated week of style with the revealing of their Fall 2011 Collection. Inspired by the timeless beauty of the Roaring 20s and the rustic sensuality of life in the Wild West, DANNIJO designers, Danielle and Jodie Snyder, created a glamorous collection of audacious silhouettes infused with the shimmering adornments of fine jewelry and elemental pieces provided by Swarovski Crystal.

As the glistening models posed for editorial photographs in a sumptuous log cabin installation, the rest of the fashionable attendees continued to be awed by the DANNIJO collection as they lushly sipped hot spiked apple cider out of complementary mugs. Noteworthy guests of the event include Tinsley Mortimer, Sami Swetra, Timo Weiland, Adam Bertrand, Blaine Morris, Gretta Monahan, Anisha Lakhani, and Kashmir Snowdon-Jones.
