Haute Event: Ludacris at Vanity Nightclub at the Hard Rock Hotel
Ludacris rang in the new year for party-goers at Vanity inside the Hard Rock Hotel.
Dressed in all black attire, including an appropriate black ski vest for the unseasonably cold weather, Ludacris and his closest friends and family were seated at the table located front and center of the nightclub as fans anxiously waited for him to take over the microphone.
The rapper quickly joined the deejay booth where he warmed up the crowd just before midnight. Ludacris got on the microphone and spoke to fans as he led the countdown to the new year. When the clock hit midnight, Ludacris toasted and immediately began an impromptu performance for his fans that lasted just under a half hour. Ludacris performed some of his hits for the crowd, including “All I Do is Win,” “Stand Up,” “Yeah! ,” “Glamorous,” “Lick You From Your Head to Your Toes,” “How Low” and “Move Bitch.”
Also ringing in the new year at the club was former New York Yankees player Jason Giambi with his wife.
