Get ready for another amazing night of fashion, fur and famous. The 4thAnnual Doggies on a Catwalk is a unique benefit fashion show highlighting the talents of student designers enrolled in Grady High School’s acclaimed fashion program, UrbanCouture. Created by Fashionado founder E. Vincent Martinez, “Doggies on the Catwalk” benefits Pets Are Loving Support (PALS), an Atlanta area organization that provides pet-care, including free food and basic veterinary, care, and support to the companion pets of critically ill and disabled Atlantans.
The 2011 catwalk event will be held this Friday, Jan.21 and you can expect to see 17 adorable pooches strutting their stuff alongside their celebrity owners, who will each be wearing clothing designed by students in the UrbanCouture Program. Also, guest designer Annie Griffin will be there.
Celeb models of the evening will include Richelle Carey, Elle Duncan and Rashan Ali from V103, Atlanta Falcons Coy Wire and Brian Finneran, Rich Eldredge, Michaeline Roland and Vikki Locke. Enjoy delicious bites from Dennis Dean Catering and a fur-ocious silent auction.
The show begins at 7 p.m., but get if you want to see the red carpet arrivals get there early.
The benefit will be at Henry W. Grady High School, 929 Charles Allen Dr. Get your tickets at palsatlanta.org.
