Having already established many successful hotels within the United States, Rich Hilton has moved on to his next big project: a new hotel in Germany.

What Made Him Haute: He is currently chairman of the widely successful real estate firm in Beverly Hills, which he founded with partner Jeff Hyland. She is the socialite and actress who provides the beautiful face to the Hilton brand name, along with daughters Paris and Nicky Hilton.

What Makes Him Haute Now: Having already established many successful hotels within the United States, Rich Hilton has moved on to his next big project: a new hotel in Germany.

Plans to unveil the Hilton Frankfurt Airport hotel in Germany within the next year were revealed recently. The hotel, which will be located in the iconic SQAUIRE building, will be designed in a modern style with landscaped atriums, beautiful art installations and a plentiful array of boutiques and restaurants. Additionally, all the guest rooms will be suited with flat screen TVs and wi-fi Internet access among other luxuries.

For the more exclusive guests, the hotel will have two executive floors, a lounge and bar, a pool and a 24-hour fitness center.
