Celebrity Living: Heidi Klum & Seal
With eight spacious bedrooms, stunning views of Los Angeles and chic hardwood floors, this Mediterranean-style home is ideal for a supermodel.
Earlier this month, Heidi Klum, 37, and husband Seal, 47, were reported peaking at this 12,300 square-foot property in the high-class suburb of Brentwood.
Situated in the Mandeville Canyon area, the neighborhood is home to other red carpet regulars like Jennifer Garner and her husband Ben Affleck and Academy Award winner Reese Witherspoon.
According to Zimbio, the A-list power couple paid even more than the staggering asking price of $13.4 million after a bidding war ensued.
The mansion includes a library with a fireplace that is rumored to be from Napoleon’s house in France, another imported fireplace from 17th century Scotland, a lush garden where their four children can play and wrought iron entry doors that complete the mansion’s picturesque Spanish villa look.
Klum, mostly known as a Victoria’s Secret Angel for 13 years, as well as the host and executive producer of the Emmy-nominated reality show, “Project Runway, “and husband Seal, a four-time Grammy winner, have been married since 2005 and reportedly fell in love with the property that neighbors the home of California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Located within the exclusive gated community of Brentwood Country Estates, the mansion has two more bedrooms than their previous Beverly Hills home and costs more than twice as much.
