For the past 10 years, membership pricing at The Country Club at DC Ranch has been determined by a board of directors, and until last summer, the club (whose members total more than 500) was owned and operated by developer DMB Associates. Now the transition to becoming a member-owned club is complete, and the members approved the new market-based pricing system by 87 percent.
“This new pricing structure is a proven approach to keep club membership healthy and provides benefits to both the buyer and the seller,” says Melanie Halpert, director of membership. “The Arizona market has changed and this is just one additional proactive measure we are taking to keep The Country Club at DC Ranch a successful club that continues to attract local families and couples, as well as winter visitors.”
Club members enjoy an 18-hole golf course designed by PGA pro Tom Lehman, six tennis courts, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and instruction available for all levels of golfers and tennis players, from adults to children.
