The Miami Heat’s celebrity deejay, DJ Irie, recently announced that he will serve as the official brand ambassador for the acclaimed Fort-Lauderdale based line Levinson Jewelers. The partnership will DJ Irie will serve as the launching ground for a signature line of jewelry called “Peace Thru Music.” As brand ambassador, DJ Irie will promote Levinson jewelry, fine timepieces and the company’s premier customer service.
Robin Levinson and DJ Irie collaborated to design an exclusive line of jewelry, and it will be sold through DJ Irie’s Web site and at Levinson’s Jewelers with proceeds funding Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami-Dade. Some of the standout pieces from the line include a limited edition “Peace Thru Music” pendant necklace on a leather cord and a “Peace Thru Music” bracelet set. Both items will retail for $395, and a VIP kick-off party in celebration of the line and collaboration will be held at Levinson Jewelers on Nov. 16. Concerning the line, Levinson commented: “This was a natural collaboration, considering both Levinson Jewelers and DJ Irie represent an elite sense of style. Together we hope to develop a trendsetting line of jewelry that is fashionable and functional, and all to benefit the wonderful cause and tremendous mission of Big Brothers Big Sisters.”
