Casa Dragones, the new tequila handcrafted from small batches, premiered Monday night in Las Vegas at Caramel at the Bellagio. Co-hosts Bob Pittman, Bertha Gonzalez Nieves and Robert Pittman held a soiree there attended by legendary music producer Quincy Jones, a longtime friend of Pittman.

“I love tequila, and Casa Dragones is the best I’ve ever tasted,” Jones says.

Guests including a group of New York models along with Vegas luminaries sipping on Casa Dragones while listening to the musical stylings of renowned DJ Nicolas Matar.

Casa Dragones is a 100 percent Blue Agave Joven tequila made with an innovative process to be exceptionally smooth — so smooth that it can only be called a sipping tequila. Co-founded in 2009 by Pittman, a former AOL Time Warner chief operating officer and a founder of MTV and Pilot Group, and CEO González Nieves, Casa Dragones is made with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to perfecting this one style of limited edition sipping tequila only.

The brand’s maestro tequilero individually selects the finest blue agave plants and hand-finishes each bottle by gently balancing platinum tequila with a hint of extra añejo. Each bottle is handcrafted from pure, lead-free crystal and individually engraved, hand-labeled, numbered and signed.

Casa Dragones is available at select retailers and premiere restaurants and bars in New York, New Jersey, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Miami and Las Vegas and nationwide at http://casadragones.com/.
