Miss USA Rima Fakih was back in New York City Thursday night to help out with Breast Cancer Awareness month. She was at the Applebee’s in Queens Center Mall as part of the restaurant’s “Dining to Donate” program. Miss USA seated guests, took pictures with fans and socialized with diners. Ten percent of all diners’ checks will be donated to Gilda’s Club in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
She hosted a similar event Wednesday night at Applebee’s Times Square.
Fakih’s travels have taken her around the world, from Qatar and Egypt to Washington, D.C.; now she’s home in the name of charity.
