Dori’s World: Dylan Lauren’s Booking Signing and Silver Hill Gala Cocktail Party

On Tuesday night, I attended Dylan Lauren’s event at her store Dylan’s Candy Bar, where she graciously autographed copies of her new book, “Unwrap Your Sweet Life,” for her fans. Her entire family came to support her including her parents, Ricky and Ralph Lauren, her brother, David Lauren, her fiancée Paul Arrouet, and her friends Stacey Bendet, David Schulhof, Darcy Nussbaum, Lauren Bush and Lizzie and Jon Tisch.

Next, Lizzie, Jon and I stopped by Dennis Basso and Michael Cominotto’s cocktail party at their store to honor the upcoming Silver Hill Hospital 80th Anniversary Gala. Michael and Dennis are the co-chairs of the gala, and they’ve already helped raise $800,000 in scholarship funds for the hospital. To help them kick off were Caryn Zucker, Jamie Tisch, Lorraine Bracco, Vera Wang, Star Jones, Ivana Trump, Ghislaine Maxwell, and Coralie Charriol. The actual gala will take place on Nov. 11.
