Haute Event: Intermix Celebrates Fashion’s Night Out

The West Coast joined the ranks in the global Fashion’s Night Out this year with a stylish evening at Intermix in Los Angeles on Sept. 10. Intermix used Fashion’s Night Out as opportunity to host a British-infused event with a live performance by the up-and-coming band, Deluka. Attendees included Kelly Osbourne, actress Mena Suvari and City of Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, just to name a few. Guests sipped signature Tequila Avión cocktails and listened to sounds by DJ Devin Lucien, all while shopping for the season’s must-have fashions.

The event didn’t stop on the west coast. Intermix continued Fashion’s Night Out in New York City with events co-hosted by British import Daisy Lowe alongside Byrdie Bell. The brand has been known to be highly supportive of new talent in fashion and creative industries. FNO Los Angeles T-shirts were available for purchase at the event to support emerging talent within the industry. The proceeds were given to the California Fashion Association Foundation to be used as grants to assist Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising students.

The multi-brand retailer selects highly coveted pieces from designers including Brian Atwood, Balmain, Chloé, Diane von Furstenberg, Helmut Lang, Herve Leger, Rag & Bone, Stella McCartney and more.
