Fast Cars, Celebrities and a Scavenger Hunt Will Be Featured at the Upcoming Rally for Kids with Cancer

Fast cars and haute celebrities cruising the streets are commonplace sightings in Miami. But on Nov. 12 and 13 things will get interesting as celebrities race each other in a scavenger hunt for the Rally for Kids with Cancer charity event. The Scavenger Cup rally race will be co-chaired by esteemed Miami residents Loren and JR Ridinger, along with celebrity sweetheart Eva Longoria Parker.

What makes this fund-raising event even more fun is that you have the opportunity to be a Rally Driver. A select number of people will have the unique experience of driving their car through the streets of Miami with a celebrity navigator while following clues to pit stops at some of the city’s most exclusive establishments. A Rally Driver must commit to raise at least $25,000 so they can rev their engines and compete against other drivers and celebrities for the most points to win. Rally Drivers will also enjoy an exclusive cocktail party, brunch and gala dinner with the celebrities during the two-day experience.

Others who wish to participate in Rally for Kids with Cancer can make a donation. The Rally donation goal is $1 million. The Ridingers and their Market America Team are trying to raise at least $100,000 of that amount. Those willing to support their goal can go to https://app.webdonate.com/Team/Market%20America.aspx?Event=rallyforkidsmiami2010. Any amount you can give will make a difference in the life of a child. The couple is also offering advertising space in the form of decals. For a minimum donation of $500 the Ridingers will add your advertisement to their team car for use during the highly publicized race.
