Dori’s World: Sunday at Fashion Week

On Sunday, I woke up and it was still Fashion Week, but even on a rainy Sunday the craziness still goes on. I went to Brooke Gershel’s baby shower. Kelly Mack, Charlotte Blechman, Jen Raines, Stacey Bendet Eisner, Danielle Engelbart, Patti Kim, Pam Posner, Brett Heyman, Natalie Gershel Kaplan and Kerri Glassman were only a few of the many girls there to celebrate.

Next I was off to pick up Coralie Chariole and Nicky Hilton and we were off to Diane von Furstenberg’s awesome show. Nicky was bombarded by paparazzi when we entered so we found shelter at Cade Hudson’s Mercedes-Benz awesome suite in Lincoln Center. Loving that the shows are at Lincoln Center by the way. What a great job they are doing. The Diane von Furstenberg show was amazing, Great clothes and great crowd. Rachel Zoe, Nina Garcia, Poppy, Molly Sims, Rachel Bilson, Sarah Jessica Parker, Anna Wintour, such great people watching.

Which leads to the Diane von Furstenberg dinner. I always love that dinner. It’s the best. Vicram Chatwell, Ozlem Onal, Coco Brandalini, Carlos Suza, Ana Dung, Staffers Niarcos, Matthew and Nicole Mellon, Elizabeth Kieselistein Cord, Derek Blasberg, Barry Diller. A bunch of people went to Cips after, another group to Sub Mer Cer. Mat Mellon, Nicole Mellon and I went to Alison Brod’s party at Noa and Jason’s new spot called Lavo for Zac Posen’s party. Emily Smith from the NY Post was there and Tinsley Mortimer looking glamorous. I love NYC.
