As founder of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, she has garnered success through a variety of business ventures, encompassing publishing, broadcasting, and merchandising.

What makes her Haute Now: Martha Stewart. A household name synonymous with crisp linens, china patterns and mid-day cooking specials can add yet another title to its massive kingdom: fashion. The mega mogul has chosen the subject of fashion to launch her new show “Martha Stewart Presents, ” a prime-time interview special on the Hallmark Channel. “Martha Stewart Presents: The Women Who Dress America,” is a one-hour special  scheduled to air Sept. 19 at 9 p.m. The show will celebrate some of fashion’s greatest forces: Diane von Furstenberg and Donna Karan; president of J.Crew Jenna Lyons; and Tory Burch. “It’s a wonderful opportunity to bring our viewers a different side of the world of fashion,” said Stewart in a press release, “and a better understanding of the challenges and rewards of being on fashion’s front lines.” Stewart is set to interview the designers on the show just in time for New York Fashion Week.
