Dori’s World: Jean-Jacques and Tony Murrary’s Party in St. Tropez

After Denise Rich’s party was my first night sleeping on the yacht Salu that Barry Gesser chartered for my birthday. Next, we traveled to Portofino, Italy, which was absolutely beautiful, but of course had to come back to St. Tropez for the biggest party of the summer! Jean-Jacques and Tony Murrary’s annual party where they turn the house into a disco. Dino Lalvani, Goga Ashkenazi, Inga Rubenstein, Jonathan Lourie and our whole crew were there.

After all of the partying, it was nice to have some time to relax and sight see! We sailed around the French Riviera on Barry’s yacht with a stop in Antibes.

Chris Getty was in Antibes, staying at one of my favorite places, Hotel du Cap, and he organized a beautiful lunch at Eden Roc for me, Barry, Rena Sindi, Jennifer Raines, Marissa Sackler, and Serena Nikkhah. The food and the view were spectacular. We swam in the sea at Chris’ bungalow.

Next, we sailed to Monte Carlo where myself, Barry, Jen, Peter and Stacy Rockefeller, Doug and Nancy Ellin, and Kenny Dichter and his wife, and Stefanie Lerner Cohen had dinner at the Monte Carlo Sporting club and watched Elton John perform. I must say it was one of the most beautiful places that I have ever seen a concert.

Next, it was off to Greece!
