Former Phoenix Suns player Amar’e Stoudemire has put his Esplanade Place condo (comprised of two units, actually) up for sale within the past week. The luxurious 13-story building is located next to the Ritz-Carlton hotel in the city’s financial district and across from Biltmore Fashion Park, near the intersection of 24th Street and Camelback Road.
Stoudemire, who reportedly also owned a home in the Biltmore neighborhood, purchased the condo in June 2006 from Arizona Native Na’il Diggs, a linebacker for the St. Louis Rams. Stoudemire’s two units are 801 (two bedrooms, two and a half baths) and 802 (three bedrooms, three baths), and are currently listed at $1.6 million and $1.7 million, respectively.
The Esplanade Place complex contains just 56 residences and boasts a rooftop pool and entertainment area, clubroom with catering kitchen, conference room, 24-hour security, doorman, valet parking, concierge services, fitness center and spa.
