Shoe Ins: The Haute 5 Shoe Stores in Las Vegas

It seems like only yesterday that Carrie Bradshaw in Sex and the City introduced us to shoe brands that became secondary characters in the HBO series. Now names like Manolo Blahnik and Christian Louboutin roll off our tongues like good friends. In Vegas, you can find keep collections of these shoes and more. Discover some new designer lines or just get cozy with some old friends at these Haute 5 shoes stores in Las Vegas.

In Step
This relatively new boutique at Encore Las Vegas brings out some designers you may not have heard of such as Nicholas Kirkwood, Camilla Skovgaard and Georgina Goodman while showcasing styles from Be &D, Freelance, John Galliano, Chloe, Marc Jacobs and more. If you look up, you’ll notice the footprint of the store is a stiletto heel. You can’t help but notice the spiral Swarovski crystal-covered couch in the front entrance. Italian designers Mario Cananzi and Roberto Semprini used the spiral design on Talin’s Towers for inspiration. More than 100,000 1/16-inch round crystals cover the couch. Across the way, you can find Ensemble, so pairing your designer duds with rocking shoes is easy.

Manolo Blahnik
Manolo Blahnik set the world on fire and gave women a reason to learn how to pronounce his name when it became a secondary character on Sex and the City. You can find the icon at the Esplanade at Wynn Las Vegas. While some of the department stores such as Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue may carry the line, you can find special shoes here, including Something Blue, the shoes Carrie Bradshaw wore on her wedding day in the movie, and the ever-classic Mary Janes.

Christian Louboutin
Lipstick red soles tip you off to these sexy shoes. Christian Louboutin added the lacquer to the soles when he felt they needed more pizzazz. He grabbed a bottle of red nail polish and a signature style was born. He single-handedly brought the stiletto back into fashion in the ’90s, so you can blame him for the 5-inch standard he set. Again, large department stores from Barneys New York to Neiman Marcus carry the line, but at this boutique tucked away in the Shoppes at the Palazzo you’ll find the entire collection instead of an edited version.
