LeBron James’ New Coral Gables Mansion is a Slam Dunk

These days LeBron James seems to be having it pretty good. With his $110 million contract with the Miami Heat, it appears the basketball star can afford just about anything he wishes, including a $49.5 million Coral Gables mansion. Life & Style is reporting that James has all but signed the papers for what’s described an eight bedroom, 11 bathroom home.

The home itself has all the right features for Miami’s newest and most exciting addition. James’ new haven is complete with 880 feet of waterfront, a master suite with a gym, a private guest suite with a tennis court on an acre of land, a media room, and a 150-foot dock. Sitting on four acres of land, the home is situated in the prestigious 11 Casuarina Concourse so that James can have privacy at any moment. Hopefully James has ideas for interior decorating because the 20,000-square-foot mansion is an establishment fit for a king and one of the most expensive homes in Coral Gables, once belonging to Pat Riley.

The picturesque mansion was listed by Avatar Real Estate Services and is currently owned by South Florida auto entrepreneur, Alan Potamkin.
