Caja Jewelry Trunk Show This Saturday

News | July 23, 2010

Brooklyn based design duo Andrea and Juan Cano know that jewelry design is not always about following the norm — and classic hearts, diamonds, and pearls are just not their thing. Instead, the couple’s new jewelry line, Caja Jewelry is a unique and beautiful assortment of designs inspired by everyday objects. These “everyday objects” include a sewing machine, an anatomical heart, lungs, and various nature pieces that were created using negative space. Each hand-cut pendant is crafted out of eco-friendly, reclaimed, sterling silver that gives the entire collection a vintage feel with a modern environmental awareness.

This Saturday, July 24, Caja Jewelry’s collection will be featured at 15 to 20 percent off during the trendy accessories boutique, Old Hollywood’s weekly trunk show. The show will take place from noon to 5 p.m. at Limelight Marketplace, 2nd Floor, 656 Avenue of the Americas (at 20th Street), New York City.
