Jesse Waits knows the nightclub business inside and out. Ever since he came back to the mainland from Molokai, Hawaii, Waits has been working the nightlife scene. Starting out at some of Vegas’ best nightclubs he learned the ropes and moved his way up to the top. Jesse isn’t the only Waits brother with the entrepreneurial spirit and passion for nightclubs; his identical twin brother Cy is also his partner in XS Nightclub at Encore Las Vegas, Tryst Nightclub at Wynn Las Vegas and Drai’s Afterhours in Las Vegas, along with Botero Restaurant at Encore Las Vegas. The duo recently opened Drai’s Hollywood, the celebrity-packed club in the W Hollywood Hotel & Residences.
