Your Las Vegas (Bath)Room with a View

One of the best treats Las Vegas has to offer is its views. The ever-changing skyline looks different from the south end than it does from the north. ABC News just named the view from the bathrooms in Trump International Hotel as the best in the city.

We can see why. A one-bedroom suite give you a room with a view facing either north or south. It’s almost like a small apartment with a living room area complete with a sofa, a comfortable dining room, flat-screen plasma TV and an adjoining European-style gourmet kitchenette with wood cabinetry and top-of-the-line appliances by Sub-Zero, Wolf and Bosch. The master bedroom features baths bedecked in Italian marble with twin sinks and spa tubs. There’s even a flat-screen television in the bathroom in case the view of The Strip isn’t enough. The beds have 500-count sheets and feather down comforters.

You may want to make this your second home. Trump is one of the few resorts on the Strip without a casino inside. Other amenities include the Spa at Trump, which is featuring the Travel-Ease Package this month. The treatment package that eases you into vacation mode includes 50 minutes of stress reduction with a 40-minute revitalizing massage, 10-minute Head Trip Scalp Massage and take-home Travel Ease Sprayology gift for $129.

For dining, you can try H2(EAU) for casual fare poolside or for something more high end, try DJT, the steakhouse. You can even request an in-room chef to prepare culinary specialties in your kitchen and serve the gourmet meal course by course.

Our other favorite amenity? Valet offers a bottle a water while you’re waiting for your car to arrive.

The resort houses 1,232 suites and 50 penthouse suites, all with floor-to-ceiling windows.
