Vistancia Merges Authentic Arizona Landscape with Urban Living Comforts

On the northwest side of the metropolitan area, several miles north of Sun City West, the three villages of Vistancia are like oases rising up out of the picturesque Sonoran Desert: Vistancia Village, Trilogy at Vistancia, and Blackstone Country Club, with all three neighborhoods connected by a series of Discovery Trail paths.

Concepted and created by developers Shea Homes and Sunbelt Holdings, the community was designed with the idea of integrating a luxury living experience into the natural setting available to them. And if all that weren’t enough, homeowners can look forward to a proposed 500 acres of commercial property to be erected along the progressing Loop 303, which runs along the south edge of the villages.
