Coming Soon: Michelin Star Hakkasan Restaurant to Open in Emirates Palace

World-renowned London Michelin star Chinese restaurant Hakkasan is coming to the UAE and in a very special location: The Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi. Since its opening in 2001 in London’s West End, Hakkasan has attracted a great following of extravagant and discerning diners. Its presence in the UAE will undoubtedly create the same stir of luxurious and sophisticated guests.

With a location in Miami’s celebrity-haunt Fountainbleau Hotel and now one at the Emirates Palace, Hakkasan has sought out some of the most prestigious places in the world. It was the first Chinese restaurant to be awarded a Michelin star in 2004 and maintained that title for four consecutive years.The 165 -cover restaurant in the Emirates Palace will have four private dining rooms which seat from six to twelve guests. Diners will be impressed by the stylish and luxurious decor complete with dim lighting and a unique take on modern Chinese design. The restaurant will be located on the main entrance level of the hotel and will have its own entrance and private valet parking on the east wing.

Hakkasan will come complete with its signature Cantonese menu as well as Chef Lee Kok Hua right from London who has worked under Head Chef Tong Chee Hwee for several years. Chef Lee will bring his own flair to the menu as well as serve traditional Hakkasan dishes such as Peking Duck with Royal Beluga Caviar, steamed dim sum platters, and grilled Waygu beef with king soya sauce. The Beverage list will include an extensive list of teas from some of the best producers in Taiwan as well as a selection of 50-year old teas.

Hakkasan is sure to be one of the hippest and indulgent restaurants in the UAE, its service, style, and cuisine make for a truly delectable and unrivaled dining experience.
