Miu Miu Celebrates Store Opening at Bal Harbour Shops
Miu Miu recently celebrated their store opening by hosting a fantastic party in South Florida’s luxurious Bal Harbour. Attendees were an attractive mix of Miami’s socialites and movers.
The new Miu Miu boutique, designed by architect Roberto Baciocchi, opened its doors in South Florida’s premier shopping destination, Bal Harbour Shops. On November 19, Miu Miu hosted a cocktail reception in celebration of the new location with 200 Miami trendsetters and philanthropists. The opening coincided with the designer’s resort 2010 collection, inspired by Miami in the 1940’s. A DJ worked the turntable as guests mixed and mingled, enjoying light bites and cocktails. The store extended its doors into the outdoor mall, with a dedicated bar set up exclusively for attendees.
Proceeds from November 19th through 24th were donated to the Miami Children’s Museum. Notable fashionistas in attendances include model Ines Rivero, Jeffery Berkowitz, Allison Spear, Dana Shear, Hernan Arriag and Stephanie Rosen.
